Custom Meat Processing
All meat is 100% processed by AJ's Lena Maid Meats and our professional meat cutters.
Our steers, hogs and lambs are locally raised, young livestock and of top quality. We also have some of the state's finest sausage products and cured products. We will cut your steaks and chops to your requested thickness...cut roasts and hams to the size you need...and wrap items in package quantities that you specify.

Prices include $.55/lb. for processing. Processing includes cutting to your order, grinding, wrapping and freezing.
Curing and smoking is $1.00/lb. extra. There is an extra charge for making sausage products.
  All prices are approximate due to carcass weight variances.

Deposit Required for Deer Processing $50 for all whole deer carcasses $25 for all trim orders.
Trim Processing Grind, Wrap and Freeze $.50/lb All trim orders that are "home as is" will be wrapped and frozen at $.30/lb. If they are not picked up within 7 days of notification.
  Trim dropped off in the off-season, between April & September will be charged an extra $.10/lb.
Hunters Against Hunger
AJ's Lena Maid Meats will donate your venison to the food pantry. However, you must pay a $50.00 Processing Fee. Thank you.
